This is an investment project for construction and infrastructure business on an area of 460.85 hectares, which has been decided by keonhacai net1 Prime Minister on investment policy in Decision No. 319/QD-TTg dated March 10, 2021 and was decided by keonhacai net1 People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province to establish keonhacai net1 Industrial Park in Decision No. 2882/QD-UBND dated November 9, 2021. keonhacai net1 project has a total investment of more than 2,600 billion VND.
Speaking at keonhacai net1 groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Chairman of keonhacai net1 People's Committee of Thua Thien - Hue province, said that Gilimex Industrial Park has geo-economic advantages in attracting investment in socio-economic development of keonhacai net1 province due to geographically located at keonhacai net1 southern gateway of keonhacai net1 province, with a convenient traffic system, adjacent to Phu Bai International Airport, National Highway 1A and provincial road 15, conveniently connected to keonhacai net1 Cam Lo - La Son, convenient for international and inter-regional trade along keonhacai net1 North - South and East - West axis of keonhacai net1 Central region..; Being oriented to be a green, clean general industrial park with advanced technology, high-tech industry, modern light industry in accordance with international standards and friendly to keonhacai net1 environment; attract clean industries.
keonhacai net1 Gilimex Industrial Park project in Phu Bai Industrial Park, when completed, will create a driving force for keonhacai net1 development of keonhacai net1 southern industrial region of Thua Thien - Hue province, contributing to promoting keonhacai net1 province's socio-economic development in keonhacai net1 coming period and solve local job needs (expected to attract from 20,000 to 30,000 laborers to work).
Chairman of Thua Thien - Hue Provincial People's Committee also suggested that keonhacai net1 Investor and contractors focus their resources, closely coordinate with local authorities, organize construction, ensure progress, quality and safety, landscape, construction environment, area and community affected by keonhacai net1 Project; develop programs to attract investment, give priority to large domestic and foreign investors, have modern and environmentally friendly technologies.
It is known that Gilimex Industrial Park is divided into 2 subdivisions: A and B.
